About

In 2011, Natalie Gilbert left Virginia for the wide skies and wild mountains of Montana — and has been in love with the Montana community and landscapes ever since.

Rooted in Paradise Valley, Livingston, and now Bozeman, she creates under the name Wandering Wildflower, a nature-inspired collection of jewelry, home goods, and ritual offerings crafted in small batches with many locally sourced flowers and herbs. Each piece draws from or incorporates natural elements gathered across Montana’s meadows, mountain trails, and open fields, becoming a tangible reminder of nature’s quiet magic.

With a background in philanthropy and years devoted to community-centered work, Natalie has long believed in the power of connection — between people, place, and purpose. That same belief carries into her creative practice.

Drawing from her training as a yoga instructor, massage therapist, bodyworker, and meditation practitioner, she weaves healing traditions and seasonal rituals into her designs and work, working closely with nature’s elements. Pressed wildflowers are preserved in jewelry and antique windows. Herbs are blended into teas and ritual kits. Botanicals are infused into candles, matchbooks, blessing globes, ink-pressed canvas bags, and beyond.

This season of life finds her leaning more deeply into her creative work while preparing to welcome a baby boy in late May — embracing both artistry and motherhood as natural extensions of care, intention, and love.

For Natalie, creativity is grounding and expansive — a spark, a glimmer, hope, spiritual, and a deep sense of belonging rooted in the Montana landscape she now calls home and in her community.
